The first 3 discs contain the three phases of workouts. I am excited about this program to say the least.

Example schedule starting on Monday: A reltafit, a high step I used my kitchen chaira towel and not just for the sweatand perhaps a mat. I would not recommend it for a true beginner or anyone that is in really good shape. The set up of this workout is 10 moves are completed for 1 minute each and 15 seconds rest between each move.
