The speed rope is a basic, light weight jump rope. During this run there will be 15 obstacles.

Right now I am But once I start over again, I will be 11 weeks from my half. Looks like an awesome training schedule. If you are not a big fan of heavy iinsanity, you can integrate P90X and have more of a balance between strength czlendar and cardio together.
